Your first sentence is kind of a downer. Yes, death is inevitable but maybe you don't need to come across so strong about that. Maybe you could say something more like, "Life here on earth is limited. We all just have a short amount of time to live our lives." or something like that. Try some out and let's see if you can be less of a downer in your first sentence.
